
Pairings
Our biscuits pair well with many different cheeses so don't be afraid to pair with your favorite cheese. We do have some favorite pairings for each biscuit.
Our Almond with Raisins biscuits pair very well with creamy goat cheeses, aged cheddars, aged sheepsmilk cheeses and blue cheeses. Lateley we have enjoyed it with Capriole O'Banon, that lucious aged goat cheese in bourbon soaked chestnut leaves.
Our Hazelnut with Figs biscuits pair best with salty blue cheeses such as Blue D'Auvergne, Stilton, Mountain Gorgonzola, Bayley Hazen Blue, Point Reyes Blue and Cashel Blue. They are also tasty with Sheep's milk cheeses. Figs and sheep's milk cheeses are a classic pairing.
Our Pumpkin Seed with Rye biscuits pair best with Alpine style cheeses such as Gruyere, Comte and Pleasant Ridge Reserve. They also taste wonderful with bloomy rind cheeses s such as Camembert and Brie, blues, and stinky washed rind cheeses. Most recently we enjoyed it with Chapel Hill Creamery's Carolina Moon , Cowgirl Creamery's Red Hawk and Hoch Ybrig from Swiss affineur Rolf Beeler.
